My recent stay at Hotel Hinterland was a delightful exploration of culinary creativity nestled in a serene landscape. The spacious room provided comfort for my family of five, complete with captivating views of the tranquil fields, especially at dawn. Although the hotel lacks an on-site restaurant, the complimentary transportation to their sister property, just ten minutes away, proved to be an enjoyable journey into the heart of culinary tradition. Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were introduced to a vibrant international menu. The portions were generously sized, enough to satisfy even my husband, who was pleased with the kids’ half-portions. The highlight of our culinary adventure was certainly the waffles—an exceptional treat that left our taste buds longing for more. The staff were consistently friendly and efficient, elevating our experience. With ample parking and easy access to local attractions, I found this hotel to be an excellent choice for those looking to blend leisure and gourmet experiences in picturesque surroundings.
